Great experience! Lovely people and the doctor took time to talk with me and explain everything she was looking at and what it told her. I feel really comfortable knowing my eye health is in good hands. I decided to get new glasses and really appreciated the optometrist"s help! She was kind while being honest in helping me settle on the best frames for me.

All went well. I Was originally scheduled for the other clinic, but the clinic closer to me was available and they booked me in and got me in and out in a very efficient manner. Staff we’re all accommodating and friendly and appointment went well!

Great place to go brought my 4 year old here. They are wonderful and very helpful. The ladies at the the front desk were both great. Loved the doctor as well. Highly recommend!!

Won’t be purchasing glasses here again after most recent experience. My wife picked up her glasses a couple days ago and they rushed her out of the office without adjusting them to the proper fit of which we made an appt for to pick them up and have them adjusted/fit properly. We returned the next day asking for the eye glass adjustment which should take less than 5 minutes. They wouldn’t consider helping us to make $400 glasses fit properly so that they could be worn. Be warned about the customer service here when purchasing glasses.

My mom just moved here from Crookston Mn. She was so impressed with Christine who did her eye tests. She was thorough, patient, and very knowledgeable. She liked Dr. Hinkemeyer a lot! She said she leaned more about her condition and treatment needs than ever before. She felt comfortable and cared for. Thank you so much Stacy and Christine! We truly appreciate you!!

Dr. Stacy Hinkemeyer is always extremely pleasant and has excellent customer service!!! She is very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining the results of all the scans that are done.

1. The lab broke my frames so I had to cover a new pair since I signed a waiver not holding them responsible (which I couldn’t read because my eyes were dilated 2. Followed up for a contact fitting even though I never received the contacts I was being fitted for. That was a waste of time. There doesn’t seem to be much accountability. I recommend looking for a place with better customer service as I will not be returning here.

I had the most comprehensive eye exam that I ever had. I came in with a couple of issues and I left with a plan for my eye health from Dr. Ronning that involved more than changing a prescription. From the time I walked in to my appointment to the time I left, my eye health was Pinecone Vision Centers priority.
